Allergy Away
Allergy Away is designed to help your sinuses, nose, mucus and respiratory health. It should not make you hyper or drowsy, and is very effective for allergies. If you would like to breathe easier, give this a try.

Alpha Omega All
This multiple vitamin and mineral product is the cornerstone for all supplements. (I recommend it without iron because only a small percentage of Americans are iron deficient, and excess iron is toxic.) Everyone should be on this, either by itself or with other supplements.

B-Complex
These vitamins are essential for: The breakdown of carbohydrates into glucose (this provides energy for the body), the breakdown of fats and proteins (which aids the normal functioning of the nervous system), muscle tone in the stomach and intestinal tract, skin, hair, eyes, mouth, liver.

Bolouake/Canada RNA Biochemical Inc.
Bolouake is lumbrokinase, an enzyme formulated from earthworms that I recommend for those with hypercoagulation. Lumbrokinase is the closest treatment to heparin that I can get without actually prescribing heparin, as far as I know.

Bone Builder
Promotes the absorption of calcium into bone. It also helps prevent bone breakdown.

Cogimax
Cogimax is a specially formulated silica-mineral complex that is coated with a non-ionic surfactant in order to minimize interaction between the silica-mineral complex and compounds in the intestinal tract capable of interfering with the absorption of silicic acid and mineral silicates. Bioactive silicates participate in the normal metabolism of higher animals, and are essential for normal growth, bone formation, and production of connective tissue. The highest silicon concentrations occur in connective tissues, such as the aorta, the trachea, the tendons and also the skin. Aging causes a marked drop in silicon content of the aorta and the skin only, not in silicon contents of other tissues examined. An association between silicon deficiency and Alzheimer disease (AD) was proposed in 1987. In AD patients, high brain aluminum levels in certain brain regions has been previously reported.

Cholesterol Cleanse
This is a product that I recommend you try if you have high cholesterol (hyperlipidemia) or high triglycerides. (As always, first check with your regular medical doctor or osteopathic physician before adding this or any new supplement.) I recommend that Lipitrol be taken with Fiber and Healthy Fats fish oil, as these supplements interact with each other to help lower cholesterol and triglycerides. Your blood vessels should benefit as well.

Colostrum Lozenges
True colostrum is derived from the first milking of a cow after calving. I recommend the liquid form if your main priority is the immune system. If you are growth hormone deficient and cannot get growth hormone injections, then I recommend the lozenges. True colostrum may help with energy, stamina, endurance, overall body function, freedom of movement, muscle growth, tissue repair and immune system enhancement. Research by Immuno-Dynamics has shown calcium deposition in bones that have osteoporosis. Growth hormone also causes calcium to deposit in bones, so it is not surprising with IGF-1 being the working end of growth hormone. IGF-1 is Insulin-like Growth Factor-1, and it is the working end of growth hormone. True colostrum lozenges have higher levels of IGF-1 than the liquid form, and even higher levels than capsules. I very highly recommend this supplement and believe most people should try this, even if they are healthy. Those who are sick should consider using the liquid true colostrum for 30 days and then switching to the lozenges. Neither the liquid nor the lozenges should be exposed to heat.

CoQ-10
CoQ-10 or coenzyme Q-10 is believed to be very helpful in cardiac diseases, especially congestive heart failure. It is also a good immune {system} stimulator. This stuff ought to be in the drinking water in my opinion! Your blood vessels deserve this supplement.

DHEA
DHEA is a hormone produced by the adrenal glands that sit on top of the kidneys. The adrenal glands help us deal with stress, and they produce seven major hormones. DHEA is a precursor for testosterone and all three estrogens. It is involved in cell level chemical reactions.

Diaxinol
Diaxinol is what I recommend for blood sugar control. (Again, be sure and check with your regular medical doctor if you have diabetes, because Diaxinol may cause blood sugars to drop and you may need less medicine as a result.) Normal blood sugars would help the health of your blood vessels.

Fiber/Fiber Powder
A significant percentage of people do not eat enough fiber, especially Americans. Fiber is an easy way to consume fiber, which should improve overall health status and digestion. Constipation is bad news in my opinion, since toxins from the colon might be absorbed into the body if constipation delays the bowels from eliminating toxic compounds. Common sense tells you to correct this condition. Fiber often helps constipation, and Fiber does not tend to cause bloating.

Glucosamine
Glucosamine products are not all created equal. If you have joint problems it would make sense to use a product with very high standards of quality, as well as one with a guarantee.

Greens
Deeper Greens is a powdered supplement for those who would like to follow the guidelines of eating 5 fruits and vegetables every day, but don’t. It is packed with the essence of fruits and vegetables. Your risk of cancer might possibly be lessened. Greens combined with Alpha Without Iron would be an awesome one-two punch. While it would be ideal to eat organic fruits and vegetables, this could be the next best thing.

Healthy Fats
Healthy Fats capsules contain natural fish oil from Scandinavia. Usually it does not cause burping or have a fishy taste, and it meets strict criteria of not having toxic levels of heavy metals and pesticides. It contains EPA and DHA, which are omega-3 fatty acids. Generally, Americans eat too much omega-6 fatty acids. Healthy Fats is a good way to lower the ratio of omega-6 to omega-3 fatty acids. The fish oils are protected from oxidation by vitamin E.

Heart Homocysteine Free
Heart Homocysteine Free contains B vitamins to help prevent cardiac disease. Homocysteine can cause cholesterol to harden and narrow arteries even if the cholesterol level is normal. B vitamins help to lower homocysteine levels. Blood vessels do not need excess cholesterol for any reason.

Magnesium
Magnesium that is “reacted” is absorbed better by the body. “Reacted” is a process that attaches an amino acid to various minerals. Jiroffa’s manufacturing company has seventy-four worldwide patents on the process. I am a huge believer in reacted minerals. Magnesium helps improve cardiovascular health. Many borreliosis patients have significant magnesium deficiencies and feel better with supplements such as this one.

Membrin
Filled with natural ingredients such as Ginkgo Biloba Leaf Extract, Vinpocentin, and Huperzine; this is an excellent supplement that increases cerebral blood flow, nerve conductivity, and memory along with many other benefits that can help combat cognitive loss. Suggested regiment is one capsule daily unless otherwise recommended.

Mineral Life
This is a combined form of multiple minerals that are reacted. Remember, reacted minerals are better absorbed, and therefore are more effective. There are reports that people with high organic mineral contents in their diets may live a longer life.

MSM
MSM is a sulfur donor that is good for the connective tissues in hair, cartilage, collagen and skin. It may also help the gastrointestinal tract. Amino acids need sulfur to help make proteins.

N- Acetyl Cysteine
Is an important amino acid and antioxidant that stimulates the formation of one of the body’s most active antioxidant compounds (glutathione). This in turn promotes gastrointestinal and immune system health. Taken as a dietary supplement, suggested use is 2 capsules 3 times per day as needed unless otherwise recommended by your healthcare professional.

NK-Stim
NK-Stim targets the immune system. Natural killer cells are white blood cells that kill cancer cells and germs. Most of the borreliosis patients I have tested have had low natural killer cell function.

Natural Vitamin E Mixed Tocopherol
Vitamin E that is synthetic or man-made is, in my opinion, garbage, as is the dl form. It needs to be natural and in the d form. Vitamin E is fat-soluble and an antioxidant, so it will help scavenge for free radicals*** in cell membranes, fat, nerves and brain tissue, thus helping protect your blood vessels.

Natural ZZZs
Addresses issues with stress management. If not managed properly, symptoms could include intermittent wakefulness, difficulty falling or remaining asleep, or waking too early. Natural ZZZs solves thse issues without the side effects of other products. Made from valerian root, jujube seed, passionflower, and L- Theanine, they are all agents in helping to attain a restful state. Taken as a dietary supplement, 2 should be taken 2 hours before sleep or as recommended.

Olive Leaf Extract
It has been reported that olive leaf extract is a “universal antibiotic,” and the fact that my patients often have Jarisch-Herxheimer-like reactions on this extract supports this. I recommend this product often because many of my patients have an “infectious soup,” possibly because ticks carry so many different germs.

Oxitrol
Supplement composed of multi- antioxidants that fight off free radicals that harm immune function and contribute considerably to the inroads of various degenerative diseases. Oxitrol is the only major multi-antioxidant that uses therapeutic dosages of all ingredients together in one dose. Suggested use is 1-2 capsules per day or as recommended by your healthcare professional.

Policosanol
Is a natural product derived from sugar cane wax that has proven effective in improving specific markers of cardiovascular health. The American Heart Journal reviewed it to be a “very promising phytochemical alternative to classic lipid-lowering agents. Suggested regiment is 1-3 soft gels per day, or as recommended by a health care professional.

Probiotics with FOA
The supplement Probiotic contains the good bacteria that you want in your body. These are commonly referred to as probiotics. Lactobacillus acidophilus, Bifidobacterium bifidum and other probiotics are accompanied by fructoligosaccharides, which help the good bacteria grow. (This product is designed so that it does not need to be refrigerated.)

Reacted Iron
Provides the essential minerals necessary to a woman’s health and well being. With 161% of the daily value, and at 29mg per serving; this is an excellent product to make sure you are getting the iron you need. The suggested use for this product is 1 capsule per day or as recommended by your healthcare professional.

Vascuzyme
Vascuzyme is a supplement that contains enzymes designed to help vascular (blood vessel) health. Enzymes break down proteins to aid elimination in the lymph system, and they improve blood flow to sick tissues and clear excess water such as edema fluid.
